The Moss Vase

Inspired by local moss growths, this collaborative vase collection explores the soft textures of moss, contrasting the smooth surface of the Krinkle Vase. Using the prototypes of the Krinkle Vase, I explored the growing evolution of mosses using various yarns.
The Moss Lamp

In collaboration with industrial designer Jacob Perrone, this collection of lamps explore bringing nature textures into interior spaces. These hand crafted lampshade replicate natural textures through fibers to incorporate the beauty of nature into design, capturing moments like the setting sun glowing through spanish moss. The lamp base is walnut and cork and the lampshade is cotton, ribbon, and yarn with a 3D printed frame.
The Sun Quilt
The Sun Quilt captures the comfort of soaking up the sun on a bright afternoon, laying in the grass and letting the sun warm your skin. The piece patchworks solar printed cotton swatches to symbolize the lingering presence of sunshine.
